I walked into Panera Bread on a cool spring morning. My objective, a large Hazelnut coffee. The coveted beverage before work in the morning. In the midst of my ritual, I pay for my coffee, get my cup and head to the Hazelnut canister. It was empty!!!!!!! I anxiously began looking around, no employee insight.
“Panera We Have A Problem”!
I go to the counter and exclaimed to the cashier “the Hazelnut is empty”. I was assured it was coming right out. What I experienced next made me laugh on the inside then and now. Several people came in after me , all wanting the brown juice of life flavored like Hazelnut. There began the cacophony of “there is no Hazelnut”, “there is no Hazelnut, “there is no Hazelnut”!!!! When the employee finally brought the full canister out, it was like a calm for an addict. We all rushed the canister and after filling our cups, taking a sip like thirsty travelers in the desert, we all breathed a sigh of relief.
Whoosaaaaaaah!!!!!
